I just came across this earlier today and after watching it, I can understand why so many people hate Trump. I have been watching 60 minutes since the 90's and always looked forward to Dan Rather, Mike Wallace, a few others along with Andy Rooney's wrap up commentary. To this day I have never seen such an unprofessional, disgusting, overly biased misleading, misguided and the misrepresenting of facts and incidents as worse as this from Scott Pelley. I have listened to the phone call between Trump and Brad Raffensperger as well as the speech at Capitol Hill on the 6th January 2021. With reference to the call made to S.O.S Raffensperger, I myelf would have used my words differently but I still saw what Trump asked for was justifiable, providing that his facts were just as transparent as the request because of the amount of blatant corruption that was rampant without proper supervision and ethics at the Georgia polling venue. As it was made very clear to Trump and his people, Raffensperger had no interest in obliging the president, despite the call for transparency in disputed cases such as this. Besides he was in his rights to oppose the Raffensperger results as well as the reverse for Raffensperger. The presidents speech on January 6th is anything but what Mr. Pelly described it to be. Especially with the new shedding of light on recent incidents and investigations surrounding the forced entry into Capitol Hill. Trump in no way incited violence and literally begged them to protest peacefully but make their voices be heard. Shame on you 60 minutes. I wish you were this good with Hunter Biden's laptop and the rendezvous with the ccp that joe biden had. Pelley unprofessionally said that Trump was delusional, when as an experienced journalist he could have used much better wording that does not 'INCITE' a biased opinion on behalf of the viewers before the entire story with all the facts were laid out.
