Can't wait for Kobe to retire because he will be forgotten in ten years. Then people start comparing Lebron to MJ, and after that who knows. Lets stop comparing someone who is nowhere near statistically to Jordan, especially when you look at the playoffs and the consistency. The only thing they have in common is height and position they play. That's it. Jordan's game was very little flash and few bad shots, Kobe is all flash and terrible shot selection.

@devinhesterbears23 That's the truth. He made it a staple of his game to get his teammates involved for the duration of almost every first half he played in during his prime. He didn't try to take over the game more on his own until the second half. I can tell you this with conviction because I sat here and watched almost all of those games live.

1:44:47 that pump fake reverse pivot move requires so much footwork. i'm pretty sure kobe learned that move from watching jordan game tapes such as these. not saying jordan invented the move, but i'm pretty sure many can agree that they haven't seen a move like that used very often by other players. remember kobe using this move on top of the key at MSG for his 61 point game?

Man this must have taken you months to find all the videos, watch them all, note all the editing points, transfer from VHS to DVD then to the computer or VHS to computer direct (depending on the software you have) plus all editing once you have them all in the computer. You should get in contact with the Bulls or Jordans people (if that's possible) for an official DVD release this is GOLD! People would want it

Holy crap! I've just seen one of the games that my eldest brother actually recorded! It's game 2 of the Bulls Eastern Conference first round contest against Cleveland in the 87-88 season (starts 45 mins into this video). I've still got the tape stashed away in the shed and it's one of my earliest exposures to the genius of Jordan (I was only 8 years old at the time!). Even for a little British brat like me, I could see how special Jordan was a player. He's been my favourite player since! :)

For anyone who wants to make a comparison with this man. You watch this and you can't, it's impossible. Everything he's doing at his age, this time in the NBA, his mentality, his athleticism, awareness, ball handling, it's uncomparable. Put him in the existing league today at the age he started and he would still be a top player.

Bruce, this is a brilliant theatrical video that you have created for us who admire the brilliant basketball play of one Michael Jeffrey Jordan. Of all of his 50 point games, my favorites were his two 55 point games from 1995 and 1997, and his 52 point explosion against the Hornets in 1993. Jordan had to have had at least 30 other games in his career where he could have scored 50 points or more EASILY, but he was not pressed for stats in that way.
