Overrated!! The Lakers won the championship on defense now they are marginal at best. Casol is good but he's at his age he is no longer an elite defender. The Lakers will be better on offense but I don't think they can outscore the elite offensive teams like Denver, Boston or even the 76ers.

Denis is bad shooter and very average at creation. Marc is dinosaurus. Only 7 PER in the last Play Off, he was terrible. He is much slower and old with very bad 3 pts in the last Play Off. Green is better than Wes. McGee and Howard were good against Jokic, but Jokic killed Harrell in the Play Off. And how is that "much better"? Marc is 36, he is not good anymore.

Gasol struggled bcs the supposed star of their team was struggling so no one was actually being watched consistently by the other teams. Here in LA, he have 2 guys who will be the focus of the defense which will make it easier for him to do what he does. Watch his game when kawhi was there and siakam and vanvleet was shocking the world, he was phenomenal beside those guys.

If Kuzma can improve his consistency, there'll no doubt that the Lakers will dominate the 2020-2021 season, it will all depend on him, 'coz for me the Nets have a deeper bench than the Lakers, or maybe even the Mavericks.

Tbh Dennis Schröder and Trez will be useful on regular seasons.. They only brought these young guys so that they can still sustain on having AD/Lebron on cruise control on regular season... Once the playoffs starts we already know what Lebron would do.

Larry played with four Hall of Famers at a young age and MJ had the greatest defensive team. Games where Lebron and AD can go from 35-40 min per game to 25-30 min per game This will mean short nights Frank will need to really MANAGE AD/Lebron's minutes and DO NOT ALLOW LEBRON to "SABOTAGE" LEADS so that he 'has to re-enter blowouts' because the team fell apart after he left. THIS team will be able to: Play technical, Hi IQ basketball Play uptempo Athletically dominate at MOST positions Dominate the offensive and defensive boards Dominate Pick and roll situations Significantly slow down opposing point guards Stay healthier IN GENERAL (Avery and Rondo hurt often) Protect AD and Lebron with Enforcers (Trez, Kief and Gasol). Ex: The Clippers OFTEN dared Lebron to DO SOMETHING (Trying to punk him on the court to get him ejected)

they will all be fighting for minutes. Players in other teams will be getting better from playing healthy minutes. If the average nba starter plays 32 minutes, that does not leave a lot for the bench. Players will need to be comfortable playing 15-20 minutes a game and getting less money in future contracts. Kuzma is such a waste in a loaded team and will never get better on that team.
