Y'all, unless the zombies are animated by magic, "all" you need to do is quarantine for several weeks. If you can pull that off, they'll have rotted too much to operate. Or, if it's a parasite that keeps the victim alive, at least they're a lot easier to kill.

-cars will still likely be available and can be driven to places depending on the area -toilets should still work in buildings probably -beds probably should be easy -soap should be easy to find in houses and stores -water can be found in lakes and in streams and is fair easy to disinfect
