Recipe looks delicious. Not sure about the presentation. Needs more volume. I would put the meat on top of the mash. The spheres look good but there are too many. I would make a circle with the green liquid which you do not explain what it is but still looks good. Maybe i'd add some cherry tomatoes or bell pepper to add some red? Just ideas.
