Transferring ballot or voter data in a USB and casually moving them around should be illegal. This can be open to fraud and data manipulation. I have read in their manuals that a user can back up the database of votes, delete it, and restore with a new or modified database. Here all the fake votes can come in. This shouldn't be done by the company who made the software. Transferring data should be transparent and should done by an independent unbiased third party or an open source AI that will do all the work. Dominion Voting Systems leans or prefers the Democrats.

If you read the kraken file you will know that in the dominion machine you can set the unacceptable rate for circling in your vote. You can set it that 100% has to be circled in which means every vote gets flagged and then workers have the ability to transfer those votes to a usb to delete them.
